5 Tips to start eating healthy
Drink at least 60-75 ozs of water a day; add in a healthy protein shake for breakfast; add in at least half your plate full of mixed veges; reduce or eliminate all processed foods; eat 5-6 small meals day.

How to exercise at home with no equipment
Find ways to get extra movement in. Climb stairs 10 times (up and down is one set) each day. Add in Ab crunches daily. Do Jumping Jacks in between commercials. Grab a partner and go for a nice walk outside (or run).
