What's in your skincare?

When I was a kid, my older sister would use Noxzema cream to remove her make up and wash her face. For a little while, I followed in her foot steps.
Then when I was 19 years old, I was invited to a home party featuring skincare and make up. The consultant was beautiful, had great skin and so flawless in her presentation. I fell in love with taking care of my skin. Over the years I went from using that homebased companies products, to the name brand department store ones. You know that awesome counter you see as soon as you walk into the Macy's cosmetic department?
Those products do work (in my opinion) and I have faithfully taken care of my skin for over 25 years now. Even when I was young and didn't have much cash coming in, I would always budget to make sure I could afford the high quality skincare... no Noxzema for me (I hated the smell of that stuff anyway).
Fast forward to recently. I have been looking for ways to reverse any new aging signs, wrinkles and my lovely "mom lines" I call them. Many sleepless nights...
Mom's out there, I am sure you can relate!
I came across a skincare line by Arbonne, Inc. I asked my consultant what was the best product to start out with. She recommended the day time, spf 15 moisturizer. So I bought it and FELL IN LOVE. I did more research ladies, and I found this company fit right in with my holistic health & wellness training and philosophies.
The fact that Arbonne bans more then 2000 ingredients they deem to be unsafe from all their products (the US only bans approximately 35), combined with the fact they were plant based, cruelty free (we have bunnies and are big animal lovers... so that one is a big plus for our household), and vegan just sealed the deal for me.
So what's in this awesome skincare and why would I feel so passionate about sharing it?
~ A plant-based retinol alternative, stabilized Vitamin C, and Sustainable Plant Stem Cell Extract. These ingredients combined with the fact the products do not include fillers, or harsh chemicals has done wonders for those who use it. The results? Check out my before and after below...
Now don't laugh at my "mug shot" as my kids call it... or do... that is okay too! :-)

Can you see the results? This is no make-up, no filters, no edits!!! Same phone camera. I was AMAZED...
So, are you a believer? Skincare (good quality, plant-based skincare) works!
